I. TRAINING TIME:
Security guards must meet the following general requirements:

II. GENERAL DISCIPLINARY RULES FOR LONG HAI SECURITY PERSONNEL.
1. Strictly comply with company regulations and the client unit's rules.
2. Strictly execute orders and directives from superiors.
3. Provide honest and detailed reports on operational status and assigned tasks.
4. Work seriously with proper posture, demeanor, and speech.
5. Respect everyone, especially customers.
6. No smell of alcohol or use of stimulants while on duty.
7. Maintain good internal solidarity.
8. Properly maintain support tools, equipment, logs, and documents issued by the company.
9. Fully participate in the collective activities of the target site.
10. Maintain the confidentiality and reputation of the company and customers.
11. Always handle situations in accordance with the requirements for legitimate self-defense.
12. Always be honest, straightforward, and ready to fight for what is right.
13. Thoroughly understand the nature, tasks, and characteristics of the target site where on duty.
14. During work, security guards must absolutely not leave their post without orders from the commander or in case of an emergency.
15. Anything unknown or unclear must be asked thoroughly before execution.
16. For any irrational, contradictory, or unclear matters, personnel have the right to voice opinions and suggest solutions to superiors.
III. POSTURE AND DEMEANOR
For professional security personnel, posture and demeanor are crucial. They demonstrate strength, advantage, professionalism, and discipline, as well as formal uniformity across the force, bringing confidence and peace of mind to customers and the public.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
1. Security guards must maintain a standing work posture in accordance with command regulations.
2. Security guards must maintain a sitting work posture in accordance with command regulations.
3. During movement, security guards must have an agile, decisive gait with long strides.
4. Security guards must perform the formal salute as prescribed when meeting superiors and colleagues.
5. Security guards must not put hands on hips or fold arms while on duty.
6. Security guards must have neatly trimmed hair, short nails, and be clean-shaven.
7. Security guards are not allowed to eat, drink, or smoke while working.

IV. SPEECH AND COMMUNICATION STYLE
A serious demeanor alone is not perfect; security guards must also focus on their speech and communication. Speech reflects the guard's level of awareness, education, and cultured communication.
Motto in speech: “Speak the things you wish to hear from others.”
General requirements for communication:
1. Always be courteous and polite in communication.
2. Speech must be powerful and engaging to build trust.
3. Speak at the right time, in the right place, and stay on topic; avoid rambling.
4. Speak softly, clearly, and calmly; do not stutter, speak abruptly, or be curt.
5. Maintain direct eye contact with the person you are communicating with.
6. Absolutely no shouting or uncultured language under any circumstances.
7. Always show respect to the person you are interacting with.
8. Use accurate vocabulary and terminology, correct grammar, and avoid slang or inappropriate borrowing of foreign words.
9. As a guard, always thank the person you interact with and respond politely when they thank you (e.g., "Thank you!", "You're very welcome!").
V. UNIFORMS
General requirements for security uniforms:
1. Uniforms must be complete as prescribed, including: pants, shirt, hat, badge, tie, belt, insignia...
2. Uniforms must be clean, neat, and carefully ironed.
3. Security guards must wear black shoes, which must always be polished with laces tied securely.
4. Pay attention to the smallest details: buttons, zippers, belts, laces, socks, ties, pockets, appearance, badges, nameplates...
5. Absolutely no wearing clothes according to personal preference. Men must not wear jewelry; women may wear limited jewelry and avoid excessive makeup.
6. Do not be careless or sloppy in using the uniform. Shirts must be tucked in at all times.
7. The full uniform must be worn consistently from home to the target site and vice versa.
8. Do not arbitrarily tailor your own uniform.
9. Security guards are absolutely forbidden from using the company uniform for personal purposes or outside of working hours.
10. Absolutely do not allow others to use the company uniform.
VI. COMMAND AND INTERNAL ORDER AT THE DORMITORY
For sites with rest houses/dormitories for Long Hai security personnel, the internal order requirements are as follows:
1. Purpose
To strictly manage security personnel at the dormitory.
To protect the assets and equipment of the dormitory.
To ensure the mental health of guards for effective work.
To create a civilized, healthy, and cultured living and working environment.
To properly implement legal security and order regulations.
To create a good impression on the client unit and surrounding residents.
To foster a tidy, neat, and clean mindset and habits for guards on duty anywhere. Internal order proves the discipline and self-awareness of security personnel.
Command and internal order demonstrate the high level of organization of the security force.
2. Requirements:
Applies to all security guards in collective living arrangements.
Command and internal order are unified regulations that everyone must obey.
They represent the solidarity and discipline of a collective; therefore, they cannot be modified arbitrarily.
All security personnel must voluntarily comply and strictly follow the regulations.
3. Content
The dormitory must be arranged neatly, creating an airy and convenient space for movement.
Regularly sweep floors, ceilings, dust furniture, and clean toilets.
Mosquito nets, blankets, mats, and pillows must be folded according to instructions or stored in cabinets.
Hats and clothes must be hung as prescribed.
Shoes and sandals must be lined up neatly under the head of the bed.
Large backpacks or bags must be placed at the head of the bed, lined up neatly.
Daily personal items (toothbrushes, soap, towels, etc.) must be stored neatly if not kept collectively.
Sleep and wake up according to the schedule. Do not leave early, return late, or engage in boisterous play that affects others.
Do not disturb others while they are resting or working.
Maintain a quiet area for night shift personnel to sleep.
Security guards are forbidden from gambling, drinking, or improper conduct within the dormitory.
There must be a roster for duty personnel in the dormitory.
No strangers or acquaintances are allowed to stay overnight.
Telephones should only be used for collective work.
Stealing from teammates is strictly forbidden.
Using someone else's belongings requires the owner's consent.
Be conscious of saving electricity and water; dispose of trash in designated areas.
The last person to leave the room must check all electricity, water, doors, and locks for safety.
Cooking must be done in designated areas. Pay close attention to fire safety.
Drying clothes must be done discreetly, politely, and civilly.
Maintain proper and friendly relations with the landlord and surrounding residents.
Strictly comply with local regulations.
Properly maintain collective assets in the dormitory.
Daily, if possible, guards should practice exercise, sports, command drills, and martial arts to improve physical fitness.
